Booking an Assessment​
How do I book an assessment?
You can book an assessment by contacting us on info@adhddiagnosis.ie or by completing this online form.

What information will I receive after booking?
You will receive an email confirming the appointment details. Additionally, you will receive pre-assessment questionnaires. Please email the completed questionnaires back to us prior to the assessment or bring them with you on the day. If possible, please also bring copies of school reports, as these can be helpful in gaining insights into potential symptoms during childhood and adolescence.

How do I pay for the assessment?
The cost of the assessment is €700.00. Please submit the initial booking fee (€300) prior to the face-to-face appointment, and the balance (€400) after this appointment is completed. Each of the two follow up appointments are €75.00. Please pay these fees via the Stripe payment link on this website.

About the Assessment​
Does the assessment cover other mental health or neurodiverse conditions?
The assessment is specifically for adult ADHD. However, during the mental health history, the
possibility of other conditions may arise. If appropriate, we can provide advice on seeking further help or assessment for these conditions.

What is the age limit for the assessment?
We only assess individuals over the age of 16 years old.

If I am diagnosed with ADHD, can I get approved documentation to submit with DARE applications?Yes – these are done by our Educational Psychologist after a detailed review of your assessment.These reports cost €160.00.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations need to be made 72 hours prior to the appointment time. Appointments will be rearranged if desired at the next available slot. Otherwise a full refund will be made within 5-10 working days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment time incurs a €50 fee.
